    Have you tried unplugging the power, wait 20 seconds and plug in the power again? That usually fixed it when it happened to mine.

    Nope, or at least not in all cases. Having it formatted as internal storage was the reason why my upgrade and that of esmile, did not work. See earlier posts.

    Just an update on this: My memory problem is solved. I emailed Nology this morning about it and when I got home tonight, I had a notification on the LIT box saying there is a problem with SD card, with an option to format it as internal storage. This time it worked.

    Yes, I can confirm. The upgrade worked after converting SD card to removable storage.

    Try going into settings and see if dstv now is under apps go into it if it is there then stop app and then uninstall app.:p
