    Any feedback yet? I spoke to someone from CI around 8:40 where she wanted me to try a few things, none worked. She said she'll get in touch with Openserve and phone me back right away. It's been 5 hours and no feedback on this issue at all.... In loadshedding again and still nothing resolved!

    Very slow connectivity, Openserve from mooinooi. Got a 500/250 line, only getting 26/32, latency also very bad in games

    Something wrong with international connection? I have a 500 line, but I only get 88 down 240up,but a latency of 1800ms+ on a game like lost ark.

    It's using 2.4ghz yes. I can't get it to connect to 5Ghz. Someone phoned me yes. Unfortunately couldn't get the issue fixed before I had to leave for work. He'll phone me back earlier tomorrow morning. He too can't see the 5Ghz at all, we can't connect to it. Weird stuff.

    The providers always so slow man. Luckily Openserve finally woke up and released the line. Been on CISP for a couple of days now, great so far. Hope they sort your stuff out soon!

    @TheRoDent @PBCool do either of you know how I can set up my new router(Cudy) that CISP sent me? My PC(wired) has correct speed(500Mbps) but all my mobile devices only get 20Mbps?
