    I have no problem with sustainable development of any type. But I think at this stage the people building data centers know that AI is not sustainable so they are pushing things as fast as possible to rake the money and slide.

    Yes, you need to change the anode often. If you don't know that it's ignorance, not a swindle. I just had to replace a geyser that I fitted in 2008, and it was a second-hand unit then already. In the time it went through maybe three elements and a six or seven sacrificial anodes.

    Hmmm. 50% room-night. So have N bedrooms fitted for airbnb, fridge, kitchenette, en-suite... then divide a garage or two into N+1 "bedrooms" with a bed and an outward-opening door. Job done.

    I just now had to install that POS app on my banking phone (and old phone I keep for all the banking apps, I am not a walking ATM) and eventually managed to instruct it to close the goalsave so in 10 days' time I am no longer a customer.
