    I did detail how I got zero response from the customer.service emails I sent in my complaint. But within an hour I had two responses from customer.services. I got this as feedback: So I guess I'm still in for the long hual here (package posted in June).

    Massive thanks to the OP. Used [email protected] and after months of no response, I actually got feedback from the post office. I haven't got my parcel yet it's yet to be scanned, but getting some feedback in this long painful experience certainly helps ease the pain.
