If I try “monetize” my miles the ratio I get is R1 for every 12 miles.

Gold status. Black card. Looking to downgrade the card to plat/gold though. also doesn’t seem as if my miles from prior to the implementation of the new miles system has been migrated across. I had about 12k of the old miles.

My flat rate is at 3.3%. Not sure how it’s calculated.

It also really sucks that if you want to get a more expensive iPhone than what your banking product covers, you have to pay the difference over 24 months WITH interest. You can’t just pay the difference upfront. What a shame.

Well I just called them and asked about qualifying spend. They said pretty much anything on the card will be counted. For example debit orders, EFTs and even cash withdrawals. Although the sales lady mentioned a R3.50 fee per debit order. I’m struggling to see why I need a transactional...

Do debit orders count towards the money spend band targets? What if I add debit orders to my credit card?
