    Assume they might start a move towards electric farm equipment in the future to reduce reliance on diesel, the extra capacity would save them a pretty penny I imagine.

    Your employer withholds PAYE for you but it is not their tax burden so unfortunately, you're still liable to pay. If you only have one IRP5 then you must notify your payroll department so they can see where the error is and correct it moving forward but it is your tax burden.

    Did you refresh data? Normally takes around a week for a corrected IRP5 to reflect in my experience.

    Should be a line item saying electronic refund on your SOA, if so it'll be paid out on that date. It's 72h for the refund to be paid out so if no verification should be coming through tomorrow.

    The problem with these guys is you give them notice, then they have excuse after excuse that just clears them of unreasonably withholding access. Bloody parasite if the tenant is refusing to pay to exploit the system.

    Can be deemed an illegal eviction tactic in court if it went that far. Does the lease agreement give you right to access the property to perform upgrades? If not you need the tenants permission to access otherwise it can be deemed trespassing on your own property if you can believe that.

    Lol I was thinking about grabbing that Weber deal while being too poor. But the wife got me a Weber compact last year and would've been seriously cheesed off if I bought a new one.
