Make sure your installer turned on the faster charger option. That panel by default only charges at 350mah but has a second option that turns it up to 700mah if the option is enabled. Location 700 option 2 should be enabled.
I can't say which manufacturers use what in their batteries except, checking reviews and reading through forums where they do a tear down. Also, pouch cells don't come in larger capacities like 100ah and require a lot more pouch cells to make a large battery, so if you see in the spec sheet for...
I prefer the prismatic as they are simpler and easier to work with with are rearrange in different configurations. Especially those with lug nuts, i can reconfigure that battery in as 8s as apposed to it's 4s2p configuration, simply by loosening and the nuts and rearranging the bus bars. Pouch...
Yup. But once my active balancer arrives, i'll properly take cells out and have a better look at the cells themselves. That battery is currently in use while i opened it up and will disassemble once it arrives.
