    It's connected to the mains and router to it. Not sure about transformer but power supply isn't interrupted when there's loadshedding.

    Just had +13 hours power failure in Greenfields. This, a day after I'd connected a mini ups to router and ONT to get through loadshedding. Went for the attached (38000mWh) after a reading a few recommendations on the forum. Needless to say, I'm impressed by the device. Lasted just under 11hrs...

    Well it would appear that when they did installation for my neighbor, they damaged my cable at the boundary wall box. I wonder how many other similar incidents.

    Hey All, new member to the Forum but been following it for advice on everything fibre. Anyone else having problems on Vuma with Cool Ideas? Been down since yesterday pm. Cool Ideas has escalated to Vuma with a 3 DAYS turnaround time. In the Greenfields area.
