    I see network speeds are allover the place, uploads are slower but not bad, downloads.... from 500 to 80 to 18megs... (speedtest.net - ECN network, to openserve I get 2megs...)

    Despite the risks, if you were totally off the grid, they can't legally charge you if you don't have an account with them...

    I would assume if you had an electricity account with them... discontinue the service - Surely they can't bill you if you're not their customer...
