    Eish, from one thing to the other! All I 'saw' was 'solar panel owners and users will pay for electricity because they use to little of what Eskom provides' . Seriously? Eskom failed.     Government sends warning to businesses hiring foreign workers in South Africa

    If the department's goal of zero tolerance is a righteous stance and act - there's merit to be given, but reality is that more than 80% employee someone based on what they can afford to pay the person. Whomever is willing to accept that agreed amount gets the job.
