    Hi There, in your opinion, would this be a good thing or bad thing for people in Oefenbach Close. Next to the Langeberg road behind the spar? We stay literary next to the road. Do you think it will relieve some of the Langeberg traffic?

    Hi everyone, Any new updates on this? We are looking to buy property in Sonstraal Heights and Langeberg road runs behind the property. My biggest question now is should we still continue, will the house increase or decrease in price. If someone can please advice. Thank you.
