    OpenWeb : Worst ADSL ISP in south africa ???

    Reading this thread is shocking. My partner has been experiencing exactly the same thing with OpenWeb. He has had absolutely no service since he signed up in August, when they supposedly came to his premises to install a router last year. He is also being debited twice a month and they refuse...
