Hmm... parkrun and recovery run at the same speed? I'm no running coach but I would recommend you to mix up your paces a little. I'd suggest dropping down to 6:00/km or slower for recovery runs then parkrun and the shorter stuff at closer to 5:00/km or faster.
I wouldn't worry about variations in heart rate too much, it can be higher on some days. If you set out to run and you have a slightly higher HR with the same perceived effort but still feel good I'd say just keep running.
This is high HR lol
Hmm, well as long as it doesn't get any worse I guess it should be ok, if it increases you might need to make adjustments. If you're looking to upgrade to a proper running shoe I'd suggest the Nimbus 25 at sportsmans it's still on sale afaik or you could go for the new Novablast 4 that just...
I use 40A. Tried 50A first but had a strange one time incident where the inverter switched itself off then came back online. Don't know if it was the hubble batteries complaining or inverter (victron) issue, dropped it to 40A and it's been fine since then.
Why are you comparing 12v batteries with 24v batteries of the same AH rating? Thats literally double the power of course it's gonna have more juice. And whoever is talking about running 24V batteries on these inverters? We're all just running 12V.
The real question that needs to be answered is, compared to other ISPs, are cool ideas being hit more often, affected more severely and dealing with it any better or worse?
