    Telkom is billing me for the device that i don't own!

    I upgraded my contract with Telkom on the 20th of July 2020 and they delivered the incorrect device to me. I informed the sales department immediately but no one seemed to care about my query, all they did was to lie to me all the time whenever i called them. I got a hold of the sales team...
