    I am struggling since yesterday to contact rain since they suspended my wifi. They keep on deducting R1s for otpS but payments dont get effected and also no way to contact them. Its starting to feel like a scam

    Poor customer service. Cannot be contacted when you need them!

    Since yesterday I'm struggling to get hold of rain to effect my payments. The call centee is off duty till monday. In the meantime i have loads of work to do and no network!
