After playing postman, thankfully not too many emails back and forth, the funds have been transfered. Process in the begining was painful, then just became a waiting game.
All in all, its taken about a month to get things moved. Heads up for anybody who needs to do this.

I would say yes, my current package includes employer contributions to Pension and Medical aid - on the payslip its reflected as a fringe benefit.
The new package (sample payslip) does not have these.
I deliberately have not stated CTC - i dont know if Fringe benefits come out of CTC or not?
My current CTC quite a bit lower. 30% to be precise, but if i had to add in my own pension and medical aid, my new net would not be far off which doesnt make sense to me.
There is nothing in the offer on pension/provident funds - so looks like they do not provide
Not sure about what Role sizing is.
