    After playing postman, thankfully not too many emails back and forth, the funds have been transfered. Process in the begining was painful, then just became a waiting game. All in all, its taken about a month to get things moved. Heads up for anybody who needs to do this.

    I would say yes, my current package includes employer contributions to Pension and Medical aid - on the payslip its reflected as a fringe benefit. The new package (sample payslip) does not have these. I deliberately have not stated CTC - i dont know if Fringe benefits come out of CTC or not?
