They just responded to my hello peter complaint a few minutes advising they are processing my refund but at this point I'm so very much disheartened and hoping for the best They finally replied to my Hello Peter complaint saying my refund is being processed. Don’t ignore the bad reviews—avoid buying from these people. I purchased an iPhone that looked brand new at first, and I was happy with it. However, the device kept prompting me for software updates.
