As I said, the fuel producers are skittish around answering the questions and Shell's response was from an employee in their technical services division. I did however verify the ethanol addition with an expert in the field but he was quite clear that post-refining blending happens with the...
Actually, the addition of alcohol cheapens the product because ethanol is a cheap fuel. Remember Sasol is a producer of ethanol, I'll see if I can pull out the communications I had with Sasol. Fuel companies are skittish around the subject for reasons I am not aware of so I conducted analyses at...
Officially maybe, but in practice, ethanol is most certainly being added. This is according to fuel companies themselves. This is not necessarily related to SA's biofuels program which has been stalled as you say.
Seems like our fuel does contain ethanol see attached
---------------------------------
Ethanol can be added to lower-grade cheaper fuels, to enhance their capabilities, making it an attractive fuel option. But don’t let the price tag fool you – the fuel you’re putting in is considered...

aaah the answer i've been looking for thanks Jake, i will go search for the signal as you suggest, yes indeed it's likely a neighbor wifi signal i'm picking up, now it would be interesting to see if i actually get a rain signal, will go check thank you Sir !
One more question, sorry it's just not obvious to me as it might be to others,
If the AfrihostmainMM signal i am picking up is RAIN, and both Afrihost and Axxess are part of the same company, why am i not seeing an Axess signal ? Is Axxess perhaps hidden ? Or does Axxess not cover this area...
ok Thank you i will do that today that was very helpful.
Finally is the AfrihostRainMM signal i'm picking up, Rain itself ? Or is it just some random router of a private person in the area ?
cellc looks expensive, does axxess rain use afrihost ? can i test by just asking for a rain sim at a cellc outlet ?
Telkom offer looks great, but as you say 24x contract is a bit not so nice.
2.25gb for R28, is that for a day only or the whole month, i know vodacom have some offers but it's only for a day, and you've got to dig in deep in the menu to get those options, and its expensive !
R125 for 10gb would be perfect for me.
The thing is what i am unable to establish is if my area will have coverage, the afrihost and axxess websites shows no coverage yet i am able to pickup this on my wifi:
AfrihostRainMM
The question, will Rain work or not, the signal is not strong 2 bars sometimes 1 bar, but it's there, so how...
Thank you
Its been a long time since i used telkom, i recall them calling it the eita sim ? so best would be to get an eita sim and dial *123# for the cheapest option.
I assume cell c mobile coverage would be better than cell c fixed ? but will cell c mobile not be more expensive ?
I have...
The question is asked because i have heard people saying they do have access in areas that is not shown on their map. I need to know if i will have a connection albeit slow, the ISP will not answer this question.
