    I called them a week in, told them my router was not working properly. The wifi signal barely got out of my small TV room. I gave up talking to them. It was absurd. I am pretty sure they refurb their old routers from previous clients and sell them as new. Not sure how legal that is.

    PBCool After the fix the other night things seemed fine for a few days. Last night things got weird again. Now the connection just isnt useable. Its supposed to be 20/10
