    Thanks but...... I have done This. I have had several conversations with their representative on here. He or she has all my details and have apparently passed it on twice. Corespondence goes back to beginning of May

    I have been doing what you are suggesting here for two months without a resolution. Someone said theybwould escalate it. Nothing has happened, except me sending about 20 emails without reply.

    I have come to the conclusion thAt Rain is a scam. I ordered 5g rain at the start of lockdown and the router was delivered very quickly. In short, their map is wrong and we don’t have 5g coverage. I immediately took it up with them and they promised a refund and collection of the router. I have...
