    Buy something you would move into. Then everytime you want to upgrade or repaint you adding to your property not somebody else's. Bought our house and live in it. Just bought a flat in Woodstock and have not rented it out so paying the bond myself. Praying it gets rented out soon.

    Deliveries mostly in Cpt. Have a Bakkie, 3m trailer and vw caddy but this will help with larger loads. Currently rent in a 4m double axle trailer when required or do multiple trips. Becomes a huge mission.

    Hi. Looking at buying an Iveco 35s15v11. Are these vehicles good? The daily with a gvm of 3600 kgs. Roughly 70 000kms on the clock. 2011 model. It's in jhb and I am in Cpt. Will appreciate any input.
