@PBCool my line went down around 23:00 last night.
I rebooted my router a couple of times but there was no improvement.
This morning I get up and its still down.
Logs showed ppp12 error's in addition the the NAS error following it.
I rebooted the ONT and I am now online but under 10Mb on a...
Drop does not seem to be on my router or the ONT as the logs don't show the Nics going down.
So I assume the fibre is dropping on MFN then?
Does your logs show what goes down?
I am not 100% sure why it gives me a NAS error.
I know in the past it was the line issue not allowing my speed...
@PBCool I have enabled logging and found that the NAS connection is dropping.
The eth1 ETC do not drop and all is fine until this error comes up.

@PBCool i was informed that it’s been logged and my speed tests was sent to MFN.
I’m not sure how that will help?

It does seem like a MFN issue.
I origonally had a 10Mb line and when upgrading; apparently it was not syncing on the MFN side but CISP side was fine.
CISP say they need the provider to limit the speed and thier accounts are open.
I did not have this issue with Openserve and assumed MFN was of...
I am using an Asus.
This issue is present when connecting to the CPE/ONT directly also which is why I do not think its a router issue.
Also the fact that the router worked fine with the previous Fibre link.
@PBCool the Support team asked me to do a speedtest again last night. I do not understand why I have to keep doing this?
They also said I must do it over cable and not WiFi which I did. Still did not understand why they did not read the complet ticket?
