    Sorry, if you are competent enough to commit the crime, you are competent enough to be punished for it. Minors excepted. The fact his guardian took so long to provide his age.... hmmm who is that on, justifiably?

    It seems like he's making amends towards Ashley's situation. She (apparently)opened/signed for more than one package so, sounds like she knew what she was doing. And it doesn't sound to me like it makes any sense for him to turn himself in to the Thai authorities.... they'll just prosecute...
