    Still no progress, spent all day yesterday on the phone. Went to the rain store for a router swap and when I get back home to La Lucia, nothing. Not one bit of signal. This service is ridiculous. Cancelling my contract with Rain, need to get a real one.

    I have had the same problem for over 24 hours and nobody is assisting me @rain_mobile. I've called the call centre all day and I keep getting told that I will be contacted but no such luck. My device is offline and I'm an online teacher. This is my second day of missing work. Why isn't anybody...
