I don’t think MTN staff themselves know what’s going on….
I was told by retentions that I have to give 30 days notice should I want to cancel my contract, or convert it to Pre-Paid. But no one can tell you what you will pay during this months notice… it’s a joke. So they think we must just pay...
So I popped in to MTN and email, received the same which was:
If you teminating your contact with numbers you need to provide 30 days notice.
However, you can change it to prepaid, retaining the number, on the day prior to expiry. And they will immediately convert to prepaid. Obviously don’t...
If you carry your contract over to month to month, any promotion data / airtime etc will be removed, and any discount on the package will be removed, thus you will pay full price for the package and not received any promotional extras
has anyone received any information from MTN regarding renewals.
I’m currently on the My Choice 400 (+100) + 400 (+100). And a Sky unlimited Airtime + 50Gig data. I’m really hoping for something similar
Hi All,
Regarding the outstanding issue of DataShare, perhaps we need to stand together and tackle them head on as a group, opposed to individuals whom they probably just pushing to the side.
It’s simple, they are in breach of contract.
