Haaibo! It's my experience, am not rubbishing the app

Geez,. Thus far for me the the application is crappy I've registered and received my welcome pack on the 17th and to my dismay, I ant access it as when I opened it mimics my background battery life screen and just gets stuck there. I've uninstalled and reinstalled four times with no luck...
