    Cloudflare DNS is still unreachable. Google DNS is still unreachable. Afrihost DNS is still unreachable. Others intermittent. As if traffic on port 53 is being rate limited.

    Yes much better now thank you. Connection dropped, restarted ONT and Router, and then unreliable DNS. What was the problem?

    The complete lack of communication and transparency is astounding. All we get is "we're working on it". An explanation of what's gone wrong, and what they're doing to fix it, and how long it's expected to take would be useful. They've even deleted the tweet mentioning this and are going on...
