This is a screenshot of my speeds late last night early this morning. Routing is all over the place giving me +100ms to local servers and these are all local test on a 50/5 line. It would suddenly give me line speed again for one test and then this would continue.
I have a mikrotik, tested it a while ago, I have the hap lite, and the CPU simply isn’t powerful enough to handle the encryption and decryption. Your internet will crawl, rather use their app on your devices if possible.
