Well summarized Ivan. I would appreciate any suggestion how to DIY fix/reset the settings on MS Outlook 10 (for Outgoing mail) to try and get going again even if it is just a temporary solution until I have fully up to speed with my new Gmail. Much appreciated in advance. Louis
