    Good luck with that whatsapp group. The agents suppor multiple clients at the same time hence it takes so long. Lodge a complaint with th ISPA, they are good at getting your money back

    You complain to the ISPA. I did, got some refunds in the process.....

    I complained to ISPA about the exact same thing. Webafrica hides behind a useless whatsapp group making any interaction very painfull. Best way to make them feel the pain is to move to another ISP....
