No signal on rain SIM
Its been 3 weeks since it was activated. On the website it also says the sim has active status. We tried calling MTN again but still getting the run around. We now working with a wireless router company that also uses Open Serve and they will install in a week they said but sounds like...- Lynng

Bought a rain sim last month but not used as we were expecting MTN fibre install which never happened (they cancelled the order without telling us, my husband inadvertently chased the openserve guy away we thought it was Telkom, not realizing Mtn uses openserve to install).
