    Hi Jhonny alot has happened..my pool now broken down and reduced to a 6X4 (was 9x4) ..even though my water was clear it was a swamp at the bottom..lack of circulation and tht initial pool pack up..on top of tht our automatic cleaner were not working..cld be cos of the rough marbelite...

    You are right..i see they using salt as a sanitizer and my salt stands on 5000 but in fact we are not using the chlorinator. thanks for pointing that out will take it up with them....also i agree its algae but i think its all at the bottom ..as mentioned the water if taken from above is Crystal...

    Hi Jonny....we hv not been using our chlorinator cos of so many chemicals tht hv been put in. Today bioguard pool magnet was put in thy have taken my water to test it again...tom they said thy getting more chemicals.

    yes it was...but havent run the chorinator recently cos of all the chemicals...but yes had to put 6bags of salt when i moved in....pool is about 9mtrs long. about 170 deep in the deep end.

    Thanks..hv the test strips and the blue box kit...pump chlorinator and filter all new fitted in 2018 under warranty with zodiac. next step metal remover..a vaccume im guessing cos of the algea at the bottom and week2 dose of blu 52...lets see how it goes..fingers crossed Still looking for...

    Unfortunately previous owners migrated bfr the sale..but perfect pools managed thr pool for them thts how i started to use thr service...not happy at all though.thy just come throw chemicals and go thats if thy come.
