Thanks, see the debit order went off this morning now. No lights except power and ethernet. Line is completely dead.

Line went down just after 8PM and see I have a payment pending on the website. I then checked and see my debit order hasn't gone through yet. Any idea if there has been debit order issues? Ticket COOL-20200803-485759 Thanks
