Any resolution in progress? It's now going on for hours already and not even mentioned on your status page.
I am reading reports all over town internet being down, and all on Afrihost. So it doesn't seem to be a general Frogfoot issue, but more an Afrihost issue if you ask me.

Hi, below is my ping to ONT directly. I also couldnt activate ONT with Afrihost, but seems the ping worked.

I also can confirm, everything is still down. It was back this morning, even though a few 100% packetloss moments. But now it's again fully down, with service and broadband lights not even lighting up on the ONT.
Yes I did, but only after I posted my initial message:). You missed my message where I said issue was solved:). Only lasted 20 min or so. All fine ever since.
I also had same issue with TCG. Luckly I knew this was gonna happen and I contacted Home Connect 2 days prior installation and asked to send router already out.
So by the time installation was done I still hadn't router, but after also calling TCG and sending emails back and forth they did...
