    I also can confirm, everything is still down. It was back this morning, even though a few 100% packetloss moments. But now it's again fully down, with service and broadband lights not even lighting up on the ONT.

    Home-Connect Fibre Packages. Do you have issues with them?

    I also had same issue with TCG. Luckly I knew this was gonna happen and I contacted Home Connect 2 days prior installation and asked to send router already out. So by the time installation was done I still hadn't router, but after also calling TCG and sending emails back and forth they did...
