I'v been with cool ideas for like a month, already have no internet. There call center cant hear me and they havent been responding to my multiple mails, i switched to them because axxess was not managing my internet, took two months to get it fixed, and seems cool ideas is just as terrible.
Yeah Axxess is 4th on the list yet they over and over again mess up my internet. Don't go with Afrihost in 5th either as they own Axxess. I'm sitting here with no internet for a week and a half, less than a year ago they messed up my internet and took 3 weeks to fix. They never refunded me even...
Consider yourself lucky, I have not had internet for two weeks now.
Edit: Did not have for 3 weeks (Axxess/Vumatel).
Its gone again now for 1.5 weeks so far.
Don't go anywhere near Axxess, I haven't had internet for two weeks, but am still paying. Afrihost owns axxess so I wouldn't go with them either. (Ultimately same company)
Edit: Only restored after 3 weeks. Less than a year later, I have another cut, no internet for a whole week.

Thanks, yeah , one time I ended up skipping the middleman calling sadv directly and fixed a week long internet cut in 5 minutes. Yeah they don't do refunds.
How is it legal that a company can charge me full price but have not provided internet for half the time. This is theft.
There support seem to be messing me around as well. What incentive do any of these company's have to actually fix problem if they can just get away with stealing.

@Captain Axxess Why does my fiber cut out every few months leaving me with nothing for a few days, and why do I never get an explanation from Axxess what the issue was. Really messes with my emotions which also ends up affecting my health.
Yeah access fiber has been terrible for me aswell,
I have had far more consistent service with Telkom LTE the previous two years, Have to wait for long periods of time to get an answer at there call centre, they don't reply to tickets on there site anymore.
And after all that they don't fix it...
