Yes, sounds very similar to my issue (OpenServe though) and had (and continue to have) the same issue here for the past 3-4 months with no resolution either despite reaching out and doing many hours of testing. Only unfortunate option left is to move to another ISP to see if this helps.

Afrihost claims there is absolutely no issue...wish I could share my conversation with their support desk here, but perhaps not appropriate and will rather DM this to @Afrigirl so she can review and react.
