    Can I pause Rain account while in arrears?

    I’m unable to settle my Rain account for March, putting me into arrears and will only be able to pay the balance end of April. I understand that my account will be suspended until the payment is made but I’m wondering if I can pause my account so that the amount owing is not growing per month...
