It says error all the time and I have plugged it in the garage near the db board and closer to Tshwane Mini Sub for better signals. But it stil says error I have changed the battery as well.

My KY124 smartmeter shows an error on the screen. I changed the position and plugged near the DB board which is nearer to the Tshwane Supply on the street. I tried to unplug & plug it again however no difference. Can any one advise.
