iPhone 4 + Cracked Glass + Vodacom/Vodasure = ?

Hi Hugo I also have a cracked IPhone 4 screen and would like to get it fixed / replaced. Read a posting saying that Apple require phones to be replaced not fixed. Is this correct - impact on warranty if it is fixed? What is a BER report? (Mine fell out my jacket pocket while hanging on the back...
