    I applied online for a jet account and I got an error message stating my details do not match up with home affairs. I then called home affairs and checked with them. They confirmed that the surname is changed.

    Well this is what happened. I didn't request that my name be changed to my married surname and when trying to apply for a jet account online I discovered this. I know it can't just happen so someone has been fiddling where they shouldn't. Check on the thread history. It happened to someone else...

    The name was changed without my knowledge. There is nobody walking around with my id I have already checked on this.
