    After two weeks of bad support and it being needed to be escalated over Twitter, I got a very cold response stating they are decommissioning the use of the cable. Screenshot attached.

    I'm with Cool ideas for a few months now. Pretty disappointing. My connections to Brazil hardly ever use the SACs cable. Even to Angola I'm getting bad latency (150ms plus). I just opened a ticket with them and am considering switching ISP.
