    The one I got from them is 65A6130UWTS_(A001) _i1113 the file I downloaded is usb_HEA6100TCONDUAL.bin did not test it yet will do after 6 when I get home. @Theunnis How did you manage to remove that folder. When I connected the flashdrive to the TV it showed that folder but on the PC I can't...

    Send a direct message to @Hisense SA and request the firmware from them. Send them your Full model no and your current version on your tv.

    Hi I tried the software update on hisense website and others shared on this forum but it is not working. @Hisense SA could you please send me a link for the latest correct firmware for a HE65A6100UWTS. Installed Version: VA001.01.00a.l0929. Need updated software for netflix to work.
