    I have also travelled the Cape Town - Beaufort West - Bloemfontein - Kroonstad - Johannesbug route and always pack padkos to keep the stops and bathroom breaks to a minimum. When I am a passenger I find the Cannabuddy CBD sleep oil helps me to relax - As I don't do well with backseat driving
