    Rain customer service is poor - I was debited and they refusing to refund me

    Please help me.I have tried to cancel my Rain account.They wont help me,keeps putting the phone down in my ear.I haven't used the service for a year and they keep taking money from my account.Please help me.I am a 71 year old pensioner.
