eHomeAffairs - getting it to work for you

Yeah I’ve also not been able to find out what is required when the other parent can’t physically be present. The bank wants me to go to the embassy and get a letter of consent stamped by them, which I would be happy to do if the embassy answered their calls or replied to my emails! Just...

    MyBB'ers in the Netherlands

Anyone flown back to SA with a short layover in London? Do we need a transit visa or is having a NL residence permit enough? I don’t plan to leave the airport, but not sure how Heathrow operates when transiting From what I found on the web the permit is enough. But if anyone could confirm that...

    MyBB'ers in the Netherlands

I made it over to the Netherlands last week Sunday and signed up on Revolut, Bunq wouldn’t allow me to create an account without a proof of address and I’m staying in an Airbnb for now. Revolut has worked great so far, haven’t sent money back to SA yet but will give it a go after payday.

    MyBB'ers in the Netherlands

I've had a look at wise and remitly, obviously the less admin the better. Tried opening a bunq account because they integrate with wise, but I'm not sure if they integrate for South African transfers. Will keep wise.com top of my list, and then figure out if bunq is the best way to go when I get...

Hey, quick question, we are moving over at the end of the month. What is the cheapest way to send money back into SA?
