    I've seen this mentioned in an earlier message but cannot find or confirm if there was ever an answer. My unit also makes a weird buzzing sound (electric, almost like a wire that's arching but not quite as bad...) while plugged into grid. Any idea why, or is this normal?

    Thank you. That explains why the unit "recharges" a bit when it stands. Anyway, enough troubleshooting for a one-day-old machine. Return will happen today, let's see what happens thereafter. Normally Takealot is very efficient with return and replacement.
