Hi, I will not be in arrears. When i signed up, i paid in advance, when i cancelled they said it will take effect the following month, so i had to use it for another month, it is not working from this month the 1st, i wasn't supposed to be debited.

Thank you. The bank said only Rain can reverse this payment, its not actually a debit, they have my banking details so they just deduct which is fraud. i did not sign up for debit.
