    There is no scientific basis for the restriction. This is about Dhlamini-Zuma pushing a personal agenda. It is a direct infringement on the rights and freedoms of South African citizens.

    No. Parents need to go to work to care for their families. This will preclude a large number of people to stay at home to watch and assist their kids. This is beyond ridiculous and smacks of a police state.
