    Maybe you guys can give me some advice Everything seems to be good, streaming servicies and mobiles apps and so on seems to be working perfectly but O cant connect to any online games on either my PlayStation or Xbox. What could be the cause be?

    Thank you for the assistance but in desperation I called Telkom again and spike to a different consultant and she managed to fix it. Turns out it was just an issue with the password. The consultant this morning reset the password so the second consultant reset it again and it worked immediately...

We spent two hours on the phone with telkom this morning and a technician tried helping us through the process of setting the router back up again but...
