    Struggling to get a refund from Telkom

    I only got my 6 months of dispute after dispute resolved last week. The first upgraded my line from adsl 10mb to a vdsl 20mbps. Then bumped up my monthly charges. They told me I had to pay for the line speed till it got resolved. I had to call every week for 3 months for them to drop the speed...
